Surf camps in Moliets

To get to the beach and surf spot in Moliets, you only have to walk a few minutes from the campsite through the dunes. Here you will find an endless sandy beach with many different peaks suitable for all levels.

Thanks to a river mouth, Moliets often has better sandbanks than the surrounding beaches. The result is long waves that break neither too fast nor too slow. Thanks to the variety of peaks, there are waves that are ideal for learning to surf, as well as waves that are perfect for improving your technique and taking the next step in green waves. Basically, all waves in Moliets break over sand. This means that wipeouts are only half as bad. 

Even though surfing is the main focus in Moliets and the campsite is quite crowded and lively, especially in the summer months, it spreads out quite well in the water. The reason for this is the many different peaks that the surf camps and surf schools are spread out over. If you walk further north from the main beach, you will quickly find yourself alone and discover perfect waves that you can have all to yourself. 

If you decide to go to a surf camp, you can look forward to surf lessons in small groups of no more than eight students per surf instructor. The groups are divided according to surfing level. Typically, there are groups for beginners who have never stood on a surfboard before, slightly intermediate surfers who already have some experience, and advanced surfers who are already confident in green waves. Depending on your level, you can expect a progressive surfing course that guarantees both success and fun. 

At some surf camps, you can choose between one or two surf lessons per day. One surf lesson per day is included in the price of all our surf camps as a minimum. In addition, you have the option of renting surf equipment for the time outside of the surf lessons. This allows you to jump into the waves on your own and continue practising what you have learned. Surf equipment is always included in the price for the surf lessons themselves.

The surfing sessions are usually held in English. However, some surf camps also have German-speaking surf instructors on their team. Either way, the surf instructors are always trained according to the standards of the International Surfing Association and are passionate about what they do. They themselves love surfing and the ocean and have therefore made it their goal to pass on this love and passion to you.
