Working with a clinical nutritionist and a functional medicine doctor, the team has created a menu that is balanced, nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory and supports your energy needs. Meals are predominantly plant-based, with an emphasis on whole grains, legumes and fresh vegetables. They are free from refined sugar, artificial additives and processed foods that can have a negative impact on your health. Yoga teacher In 2014, my curiosity about Eastern philosophy and the existential crisis I was going through led me to my first yoga class in Greece, in Syros, where I was studying. Since then, I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner who has made yoga her lifestyle. In October 2018, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training at Yoke Yoga in Melbourne, Australia and have been teaching yoga in Melbourne and Greece ever since.I love learning new things and developing myself further, which is why I am deepening my knowledge in the field of yoga therapy, especially for musculoskeletal issues and chronic pain.As a yoga teacher, I encourage people to experience the deeper levels of their existence by combining the yoga tradition with science-based tools and practices. It is best to fly to Athens. From there we organize the pick-up and on departure the transport back to Athens airport. Our check-in time is after 3 pm on the day of arrival and the check-out time is until 1 pm on the day of departure.
