Tamraght is a small, dreamy fishing village, around 20 kilometers north of Agadir. Only a road separates the village from the coast and the beautiful beaches. Situated on a small hill, Tamraght offers the perfect view of the numerous surf spots in the area and you can watch the surfers ride their waves from afar. Tamraght combines a unique oriental flair with pure hospitality and a special surfer lifestyle. Whether in small stores, in the town's restaurants or while strolling along the street, the locals will greet you with typical Moroccan hospitality. At the same time, Tamraght is a popular destination for surfers due to its many surf spots and so the typical surfer flair fills the small fishing village with new life.

In Tamraght you will find several restaurants and small supermarkets. The atmosphere in the village is relaxed and you are more likely to find people in hammocks than dancing. If you want to experience a bit of nightlife, the local team will be happy to organize a cab to take you to Agadir. Or you can pop into the neighboring and somewhat livelier town of Taghazout.

Tamraght lives from its beautiful mix of beaches and mountains. Where one dream beach follows the next on the coast, the expansive mountain landscapes of the Atlas Mountains await you just a few minutes' drive away. Tamraght offers you various options for your leisure activities: you can go hiking, chill out on the beach, visit typical Berber villages or larger cities such as Agadir or Essaouira with their traditional souks.

In the beautiful riad, there are always groups who want to do something together. And if you prefer to chill out, you can simply stay in the riad and relax with your new friends on the fantastic roof terrace. In the evening, you can often play games or watch a movie together.

The Tamrhakt River enchants the valley with a pool of water that you can jump into to cool off and relax. Or you can drive to the mountain landscape of Ida ou Tanane, where the High Atlas meets the coast. Pack a picnic beforehand and discover the beautiful landscape, which is known for its honey production. This is also the only place where argan trees grow, from which oil is extracted.
