Zarautz is one of Spain’s most famous and beloved surf spots, and it’s easy to see why. With its wide beach, stunning bay, and fantastic waves, it’s a surfer’s paradise. The vibrant boulevard and town center are right by the beach, making it the perfect location for both adventure and relaxation. Plus, the narrow streets are lined with delicious tapas bars, cozy restaurants, and charming shops, creating a lively atmosphere that’s ideal for a family surf holiday. Whether you’re riding the waves or exploring the town, Zarautz offers something for everyone!

Our Familycamp is located on the camping Talai Mendi in Zarautz. The tents are nestled between the trees, overlooking the bay, where you can check the surf in the morning. The camp has safari tents, a camp bar, lots of playgrounds, a large communal tent and much more. There’s never a dull moment at the camp! With plenty of fun activities on-site, boredom is simply not an option. Kids can join the activities such as a KUBB tournament or building sand castles. For families with younger kids, we offer regular childcare for children aged 4 and up. Starting at the beginning of the week, and coordinated with the surf school whenever possible, childcare ensures that parents can enjoy their surf lessons without a worry. We offer organized childcare five days a week at the campsite, so you can relax while the little ones have a blast!
