Are you looking for a place where you can simply leave your everyday life at the door? A place that lets you switch off and focus on things that are really important - like yourself? Then this retreat center in the Chiemgau mountains is something meaningful that you should treat yourself to!

The exclusive retreat center is located in the Chiemgau mountains, just outside the small village of Sachrang, surrounded by blossoming nature and endless expanses! This place is specifically designed for yoga retreats, so compromises are a foreign word here!

Only you decide whether you come for four, five, six or seven nights. You are also free to decide whether you take part in the yoga session every morning or skip it. There is a second session every day in the afternoon, both lasting 90 minutes. As a small highlight, there is a guided hike through the surrounding area on Tuesdays and on Wednesdays you can put your skills to the test at the bread baking workshop!

Freshly cooked vegetarian and vegan meals are included every day, so you'll get to know the other participants at the first dinner and immerse yourself in a world full of harmony and general interest in a relaxing break!

Therefore, this break is perfect for you if you are traveling alone, but it is just as suitable for you and your friends. Head off to a place you won't soon forget, it's worth it!

As soon as you leave the center, you are in the middle of nature. Lush meadows and extensive forests characterize the landscape, with the border to Austria just 300 metres away across the fields. Fantastic hiking trails invite you to explore nature and wildlife.

This yoga trip takes you to Sachrang, a district of the municipality of Aschau in Chiemgau. At an altitude of around 700 meters, Sachrang is a picture-book village with a small church, two inns, an organic village store and a museum, perfect for a walk.

Aschau im Chiemgau is twelve kilometers away and is dominated by the 1669-meter-high Kampenwand. The largest summit cross in the Bavarian Alps stands on the mountain peak and can be seen for many kilometers.

Around four kilometers to the north-east of the village is the Bärnsee nature reserve. The lake is surrounded by a wild upland moor landscape, which you can explore on a well-maintained hiking trail. Due to its species-rich flora and fauna, the lake is a protected landscape and swimming in the lake is therefore prohibited.

Aschau im Chiemgau is also known for its Hohenaschau Castle, which is located in the middle of the Priental valley on a 50-metre-high rocky ridge. It is now used as a vacation and recreation home.

Another recommended excursion destination is a visit to the "Hallo du" swimming pool and sauna world in nearby Ebbs (Tyrol). Various saunas, steam baths and pools await you there on two floors and an outdoor area.
