The rooms have several high-quality shared bathrooms. The doors close with codes, so there is no need to carry a key around with you. There is a beautiful large terrace (called "the deck") where you can eat, sunbathe, do yoga, work and relax under the wooden pergola. There is a large communal living room. A large couch and seating on the floor make the room perfect for small group discussions or for relaxing all to yourself. If you want some time to yourself, there are also numerous seating options and chill corners. The rooms are surrounded by a beautiful garden. The rooms are lovingly and simply furnished. Mina started Aerial Yoga in 2018 and discovered a new dimension of connecting body and mind. In 2021, she moved to India and Nepal, where she spent eight months in Rishikesh intensively practicing asanas, pranayama and meditation with experienced teachers. Since 2022, she has regularly attended Vipassana retreats to further deepen her meditative practice. In addition to her training as a Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki teacher, Mina is also a certified Chi Nei Tsang therapist - a traditional Chinese abdominal massage - and Laughter Yoga teacher. Her holistic approach unites body, mind and soul. She has been passionately teaching courses, workshops and retreats since 2021 and accompanies people on their path to more inner balance and healing.

Yoga has crossed Steffi's path again and again since her early twenties. After an intense time with ups and downs, she started her training in classical Hatha Yoga in the Sivananda tradition in 2019 (700+ hours with health insurance recognition). Since summer 2020 she not only lives yoga, but also teaches it with passion. She teaches holistic yoga. An intensive yoga style, with anatomically correct alignment and classical Indian Hatha Yoga as a basis. But Vinyasa Flows, Thai Yoga and Yin Yoga also find their way into her classes. She is a trained Thai yoga masseuse and is in the final stages of her training as a naturopath.

To get to the Taubenblau Seminarhaus, get off at the 'Wendestelle' bus stop in Stolzenhagen and turn left at the traffic circle and walk up Ernst-Thälmannstraße until you reach No. 9. ... by car: For your journey to Stolzenhagen please use the map link we sent you in advance. There are two Stolzenhagen in the Berlin area! We are the place near the German-Polish border, close to the village of Lunow, 15 kilometers south of Angermünde. Our Stolzenhagen is a small village without a train station. ... by bike: It is about 80 kilometers from Berlin to Stolzenhagen. You can get a bike map from us. A good compromise, independent of bus departure times and also environmentally friendly, is to take your bike on the train to Angermünde and cycle the remaining 15 kilometers. ...
