Art Meets the Coast: Your Creative Yoga Break by the North Sea

This women-only trip gives you the opportunity to combine yoga and art in a unique time-out. The program, developed by Dagmar and Rita, invites you to leave everyday life behind and be creative in a peaceful environment.

In the yoga sessions with Dagmar, you can perform gentle and mindful exercises that help you to calm your mind and open the space to meet yourself. No previous experience is necessary - everything you need to practise is already prepared in the light-flooded yoga room.

In the art classes with Rita, you will get to know different techniques and materials. It's not about creating a perfect picture, but about experiencing and expressing your creativity. Rita will guide you individually and help you to develop your creative side.

In your free time, you will have the opportunity to explore the vast dyke and coastal landscape on walks or bike rides. Perhaps these impressions will inspire you for your creative work.

The team on site will take care of your physical well-being during your time out with lovingly prepared vegetarian/vegan food, so that you can enjoy the week in complete relaxation and fully immerse yourself in yoga, art and yourself.
