During the retreat, you will stay in a cozy hotel in Arillas in the Epirus region on the Greek mainland. Your hotel is located just a few meters from the fine sandy beach and has a pool with sun loungers and a bar. All rooms have a double bed, a balcony with sea view, a small kitchen and a bathroom. A TV, air conditioning and WiFi are also available. You can choose between a double room or a single room.

Look forward to a hearty breakfast that you can enjoy with a view of the sea. Enjoy a selection of bread, muesli, fruit, vegetables, cold meats and cheese and a cup of coffee, juice or tea in the morning. Before the first yoga session, it is possible to request fresh fruit and hot tea or fresh ginger water. For lunch or dinner, you can sample Greek cuisine in the restaurants nearby or buy a snack in the supermarket in the nearest village of Perdika. The hotel's own bus can take you to and from the idyllic village of Perdika with its lively village square on one or two evenings.

Yoga-Qi Gong, creativity and meditation in Greece

The destination of your trip is the town of Arillas in the Epirus region. The easiest way to get there is by flight to Preveza or Corfu airport. It is about an hour's drive from Preveza airport to the hotel. From Corfu airport, you can take a cab (approx. 10 minutes) or bus (line 15, approx. 20 minutes) to the ferry port. From there, a boat will take you across the Ionian Sea once an hour in around 90 minutes. Once on the mainland, the hotel's own shared transfer will be waiting to take you to the hotel in 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Igumenitza and from there take a rental car or cab to the hotel in around 45 minutes. There is also the option of traveling by car or train to Venice and then taking the ferry to Igoumenitsa. From there it is 45 minutes to the hotel. You can also book the hotel's own transfer from/to the ferry port of Igoumenitsa. The trip costs 50 euros each way and is paid for on site. If possible, the team will organize shared transfers, in which case the costs can be shared. Please send us a message if you are interested.
