The Pilates weekend takes place in a beautiful old manor house with a seminar room with a fireplace, a charming Mediterranean courtyard with an old olive tree and horses in the garden. Fittingly, clear air, nice company, good food, daily Pilates sessions and a pampering program. Enjoy the extended weekend, escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, take a deep breath and focus on the essential things in life.

The manor house is located in Darry/Panker, near the Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein, on the edge of the village in a nature reserve and invites you to come in and breathe - a little paradise! We train Pilates twice a day: We start the day with a Pilates mat session in the morning and meet again on the mat in the early evening. You don't need any previous Pilates experience. In addition to the training, there is enough time for individual free time, short hikes and a trip to the Baltic Sea beach in good weather. We are accommodated in stylish, charming single and double rooms with shared bathroom and catering (water, coffee, tea, brunch and dinner).

The beauty and diversity of the Schleswig-Holstein landscape invites you to linger. Every season is special: in spring the large bright yellow rapeseed fields, in summer the pleasure of a trip to the Baltic Sea, in autumn and winter the silence, the colorful forests, the special sky light and the lonely beaches. The gently undulating landscape and beautiful forests make for a relaxing hike, bike ride or horseback ride. The numerous lakes, forests, historic estates and castles invite you to go on excursions.

The old manor house is located in Darry/Panker, near Lütjenburg. The house can serve as a starting point for hikes, horseback riding and bicycle tours in the beautiful countryside, the beautiful forests and on the lakes and beaches. Sports enthusiasts will find tennis, horse riding, fishing, a sailing and surfing school, boat rental, a diving school, bicycle rental and a golf course with golf school nearby. Sailing trips are possible from Kiel. For stand-up paddling, the gently sloping fine sandy beach at Sehlendorf is recommended, while the surf spot at Gut Weissenhaus is ideal for kiteboarding and surfing. For those interested in horse riding, there are several riding schools here.

For gourmets, the restaurants "Forsthaus Hessenstein" and "Ole Liese" are not far away and can be easily reached on foot after a short walk. The two cafés and restaurants "Genueser Schiff" in Hohwacht and the new hot spot "Bootshaus" with its beach club atmosphere are particularly beautifully situated by the sea.
