The taste of good food is experienced in a completely new way. Three different forms of fasting are offered: Modern F. X. Mayr cureThe modern F. X. Mayr cure is based on the latest findings in nutritional research. Our chews are made from spelt or buckwheat and no longer from wheat. A healthy alternative is our oatmeal porridge, which is ideal for breakfast. At the beginning of the cure there are 1 to 3 relief days, followed by fasting days with low-fiber vegetable broths and soups. The build-up days help to slowly accustom the body to a higher calorie intake. This cure is suitable for anyone who is experiencing a classic fasting cure or has already undergone Mayr cures and offers relief for intestinal disorders or digestive problems. If you arrive by train, you can take a free bus from Bad Birnbach train station, which is about two kilometers outside the village, to the bus stop "Rottal Terme - Vitarium", from there it is about 250 meters on foot to the hotel. We are happy to organize a chargeable airport shuttle from/to Munich Airport (approx. 130 kilometers), Salzburg Airport (approx. 100 kilometers) or Linz Airport (approx. 110 kilometers). Please let us know in good time after your booking if you require a shuttle.
