In this yoga retreat, we will retreat into nature and away from the noise of the world to focus on our senses and listen to our inner voice. On this journey, Timothy and Caroline will guide you with yoga exercises, coaching, interactive discussions and singing around the evening fire to connect with your inner self. We will also enjoy the best Italy has to offer - warm weather and healthy food. Let the summer sun ignite your inner fire!
The retreat is perfect for you if you:
The mornings begin with an activating yoga practice suitable for all body types and yoga levels. The practice is based on hatha yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. The evening yoga practices are designed to regenerate and renew the body through yin yoga (restorative postures) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep that supports intuition and lucid dreaming).
The late morning workshops are interactive and focus primarily on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a philosophy with practical techniques for creating clarity in your relationships with all the people in your life and defining your goals, desires and inner needs.

Todi is situated on a hill and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Thanks to our location at 400 meters above sea level, the surrounding forest and the breezes on our hill, we are about five degrees Celsius cooler than Rome. It is a medieval town with a rich history and well-preserved buildings from different eras. Stroll through the narrow streets, admire the architectural treasures and visit the Palazzo dei Priori and the Cathedral of Todi. Sample the delicious Umbrian cuisine in the restaurants and trattorias of Todi. Taste local specialties such as truffle dishes, homemade pasta and Umbrian wines.
