Yoga Vacation in the Sintra-Cascais Nature Park

Yoga vacations in one of the most beautiful regions of Portugal: the Sintra-Cascais Nature Park. Not far from Lisbon, you are in the middle of nature. Our coast, surrounded by wooded hills, offers the perfect environment for relaxing body and mind.

Twice a day you have the opportunity to let our trained yoga instructors take you on a yoga journey in our light-flooded yoga shala, while you can hear the waves of the Atlantic crashing in the background. Between the morning and evening yoga sessions, you will have plenty of time to discover and enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of this area.

Our bed & breakfast is embedded in a 1200 square meter property with a main house and outbuilding, surrounded by a garden with lots of greenery, pool, yoga and fitness area, communal kitchen, hammocks and pool loungers. From our terrace you have a sea view, and in the evening the sun sets between two majestic pine trees while you can hear the waves crashing.

After yoga in the morning, our sumptuous breakfast buffet awaits you. Our packed lunch will get you through the day's adventures. And in the evening, you can cook with others in our communal kitchen or admire the sunset from one of the surrounding restaurants.
