Slowing down, movement and mindfulness in the midst of the Allgäu mountains: this retreat is an invitation to bring body and mind into harmony - and to consciously experience the power of nature. Five soothing yoga and meditation sessions await you with our experienced teacher Janina, including a very special highlight: a yoga session at an altitude of 1,320 m* against the backdrop of majestic peaks.

In addition to your daily dose of mindfulness, there is plenty of space for yourself - to breathe deeply, reflect and enjoy. The guided hike with a stop at a rustic mountain hut will take you even deeper into nature before you indulge in the culinary delights of our gourmet board in the evening.

A retreat for anyone who wants to combine exercise and relaxation, breathe in the fresh mountain air and recharge their batteries - with plenty of time for rest and personal moments.

*The yoga session at 1,320 m takes place depending on the weather and only in combination with a hike.

Your hotel is located in the municipality of Schwangau - and it is known worldwide!

The world-famous Neuschwanstein Royal Castle is less than three kilometers from the hotel. Built in the 19th century for King Ludwig II, it still attracts over a million visitors every year. Guided tours are offered here daily - a must for every hotel guest!

Hohenschwangau Castle is just a stone's throw away. Completed between 1832 and 1836, it served as a summer residence for the royal family. The castle has been preserved almost unchanged and can be visited daily.

There are other impressive buildings to admire in the surrounding area, such as Linderhof Palace. The Museum of the Bavarian Kings documents the history of the Bavarian ruling dynasty from its beginnings to the present day.

Surrounding villages and small towns that are always worth a visit are Füssen, Oberammergau, Garmisch and Tegelberg.

It is also worth exploring Lake Forggensee by boat. From here you can enjoy a view over the Ammergau, Lechtal and Tannheim Alps. You also have an unrestricted view of Neuschwanstein Castle.

The accommodation also includes two of the hotel's own mountain huts, which will whet your appetite for a hike in the Alps.
